This website provides information about Morralet, its menu, location, opening hours and contact channels, and provides access to the reservation system. Users agree to use it lawfully, diligently and with respect for the rights of others. Menu information, prices, opening hours and availability may change; information confirmed during booking or directly by the restaurant takes precedence over earlier website content.

The original text, photographs, videos, design, logos and other content on this website belong to the owner or are used with permission. They may not be reproduced, distributed, altered or used commercially without prior authorisation, except where permitted by law.
4. External links and services
The website contains third-party links and integrations, including CoverManager and Google Maps. Morralet does not control their content or operation and is not responsible for interruptions or changes attributable to those providers. 2. Data, purposes and legal grounds
Email and telephone enquiries. We process contact details and the message supplied by the individual to respond, handle requests and take steps before a possible reservation. The legal ground is taking pre-contractual steps at the individual's request and, for general enquiries, the legitimate interest in responding to them.
Reservations. When a booking is started, the information entered in the CoverManager module is processed, such as name, telephone number, email address, date, number of guests and comments. The purpose is to manage the booking and provide the requested service. The legal ground is performance of the contractual relationship or pre-contractual steps. If a user chooses to provide information requiring special protection, such as allergy information, it will be processed only to accommodate their needs and under the applicable legal ground, including explicit consent where required.
Website analytics. If the user accepts analytics, Google Analytics processes online identifiers, approximate device information, browsing and interaction data to compile aggregated statistics and improve the website. The legal ground is consent, which may be withdrawn at any time through “Cookie settings”.
Security and operation. The hosting provider and technical services may create connection logs needed to deliver the website, prevent misuse and resolve faults. The legal ground is the legitimate interest in keeping the website secure and operational.
We do not make automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects on users.
3. Source and requirement of the data
Data is obtained directly from the individual when they contact us or make a booking, or is generated through the technical use of the website. Fields marked as required in the reservation system are needed to manage the booking; if they are not supplied, the booking may not be completed.
4. Recipients and service providers
Data may be processed by providers supplying services to Morralet under the safeguards required by law, and by public authorities where legally required. In particular:
- CoverManager (Restaurant Booking & Distribution Services, S.L.U.) acts as a data processor to manage reservations.
- Google Ireland Limited supplies Google Analytics and Google Maps. Google may receive technical data when analytics is accepted or the embedded map is loaded.
- Hosting, maintenance and technical support providers access only the information required to supply their services.
Personal data is not sold to third parties.
5. International transfers
Some technology providers, particularly Google, may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where applicable, transfers will rely on an adequacy decision, the EU–US Data Privacy Framework for participating organisations, Standard Contractual Clauses or another safeguard recognised by the GDPR. 6. Retention
Enquiries are retained for as long as needed to respond and then for applicable statutory liability periods. Reservation data is retained while needed to manage the service and comply with legal and tax obligations or defend legal claims. Technical logs are retained for the period required for security and fault resolution. Analytics data is retained according to the service configuration while consent remains valid, without prejudice to the right to withdraw it sooner.
7. Your rights
Individuals may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability of their data where applicable. They may also withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing.
